WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?
We can ship with any carrier to just about any location anywhere in the world. As you can tell, we have kept the price of shipping down to a minimum to help save you money. This means that you will typically receive your item in 3 -5 days after ordering. However, if you have an immediate need for speeding shipment, such as; overnight or two day delivery, we can help you with that. DO YOU HAVE OTHER PIECES OF JEWELRY THAT ARE NOT SHOWN HERE?
We do. As items are sold we constantly obtaining new pieces to replenish our stock. Therefore newly acquired pieces don't always make it onto this website right away. If there is something that you want, but you don't see it currently listed, send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org describing what you are looking for and the chances are that if we don't have it in stock, we can get it for you quickly at a very reasonable price.
DO YOU SELL ANYTHING BESIDES JEWELRY?
Glad you asked! Jewelry Dreams was created in response to satisfying the requests of our existing clients who we have been dealing with for years in the realm of fine art collecting. We starting getting inquiries from some of our art customers, such as; "if you can get me art work at such good prices could you do the same with other beautiful things I'd like to own also?". As a result we surveyed our friends and clients and found that there was a desire in the community for affordable jewelery and collectibles. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
There are many ways that you could pay for your purchase. The quickest methods of completing a transaction consist of bank funds transfers, credit cards or Paypal payments. We will accept a money order or official bank check, but we would of course have to wait for the money order or check to clear before shipping your merchandise.
DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can notify us of that fact in writing within twenty four hours of receipt of the item and we will give you a full merchandise credit upon return of the piece. Not only will we give you the 100% credit, but we will add an extra 25% onto that amount for your troubles.
